Should you Register a Private Company (Sdn Bhd) or a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)?

So you are ready to finally start a Company of your own. What should you do first?

When it comes to forming a Private Limited Company (Sdn Bhd), it is require by law to have a qualified Company Secretary assigned within 30 days of incorporation.
As for the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), the role of the Company secretary is substituted with a "Compliance Officer". Any partner of the LLP may resume this role.
